We want you to be satisfied with your A-Tag experience. If for any reason you wish to return or cancel your order, please read our merchandise return policy below.
Unopened packages can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, minus postage and handling.
Open packages with all unused tags can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund, subject to a 25% fee, minus all shipping and handling costs.
Subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for full refund, minus shipping and handling costs, provided all tags are returned intact. If tags are used, a 25% fee applies. Please note that when a subscription is cancelled, any and all registered items under the subscription will be deleted from our atabase.
Packages with one or more used tags cannot be returned. A-Tag will issue you a full refund, and will reimburse you for the return postage and handling, if the return is due to our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective product).
Orders placed in error that have not yet been fulfilled can be cancelled at any time for a full refund by contacting 1300 307 482 or enquiries@tracetechnologies.com.au.
(Please note that most orders are shipped within one business day, with many packages going out the same day).
All refunds are issued AFTER we receive the returned tags. It is recommended you post returns via registered mail. Trace Technologies is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during return shipping. We will confirm via e-mail when your refund has been processed. It may take several more days, depending on your bank, before the refund is reflected on your statement.
